How can I collect my order?

• Pick-up your fit’ from your nearest JD Sports or Cosmos Sport store.

• Get it delivered to your comfort (home, office, etc.).

• Pick up from 40+ ACS stores.

How long does it take until my order is shipped?

Can't wait for your new fits? We wouldn’t blame you... Every order is sent via courier, in priority. It is shipped within 3-5 working days usually.

*If you have chosen to pick up your parcel from a JD Sports or Cosmos Sport store, it takes 1 to 3 working days, depending on the availability. **

What is the cost of the shipping?

• For pickup from our physical JD Sports or Cosmos Sport stores, shipping is FREE.

• Shipping via courier to your address (home, office, etc.) for Cyprus has FREE shipping for orders over €69 and a €3.99 shipping fee for orders of lesser value (under €69) within Greece.

• Pickup from one of the 40+ ACS stores (within Cyprus) has FREE shipping for all orders.

Can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an information message with the parcel's tracking number, the courier assistant, and a link for online tracking. You can stay on track with the progress of your order.

How will I receive my parcel at my comfort?

A representative of one of our courier partners will deliver the package to your address.

How will I receive the package from your store?

If you have chosen pick-up from a JD Sports or Cosmos Sport store, you will be informed via email and/or sms about the arrival of the parcel at the store of your choice (so you will have 5 working days to receive it).
