• Visit your nearest JD Sports store accompanied by the the product you want to return and the receipt of purchase. Our team is always available to help you pick your new product or help you proceed with a return coupon!

• Visit your nearest ACS store accompanied by the product you want to return, the receipt of purchase and the return form filled in. The return form should be included in the initial order's parcel. The return is completed at our expense.
