All online orders can be returned for free within 45 days of the date of purchase either from your own comfort, a JD Store & Courier location which suits you best.

* All Cosmos Sport stores are excluded.

JD Sports Store

• Visit your nearest JD Sports store accompanied by the the product you want to return and the receipt of purchase. Our team is always available to help you pick your new product or help you proceed with a return coupon!

40+ Courier Points

• Visit your nearest ACS store accompanied by the product you want to return, the receipt of purchase and the return form filled in. The return form should be included in the initial order's parcel. The return is completed at our expense.

We don't accept returns in: Underwear, Socks, Shoe Cleaners & Protective Masks for hygiene purposes.
